This project consisted of renovating an existing three story building in the heart of Petion-Ville. The building was in poor condition and required substantial renovation, structural modifications, and design changes to convert it to a Class A commercial building.
The Challenges
YCF GROUP worked as architect and general contractor. The building was brought up to U.S. building codes for egress, life safety, and earthquake resistance. The project was completed on time and on budget during a period of scarce materials and price fluctuations; a fantastic example of the unique on-the-ground presence YCF Group provides.
